£14 (£12 Members). All tickets £16 on the door.
Dave Thomas was 2023 winner of the Independent Blues Awards, in the category Best Contemporary Blues Band.
Dave is a British Blues veteran. He is a survivor of the 1960s British blues boom so if you like John Mayall, Eric Clapton and Peter Green, you’ll love the blues that Dave still delivers. He is truly coming into his best years yet after a lifetime devoted to the blues.

Hitman Blues Band
Thursday
6 February 2025
£15 (£13 Members). All tickets £17 on the door.
The Hitman from New York City and his Hitman Blues Band play original Modern/Alternative Blues and inspired versions of blues classics = blues for the 21st century! The common thread for every tune is the blues - from soulful blues ballads to foot tappin' music to make you want to dance. Powerful vocals, ripping guitar, a solid rhythm section, stirring backing vocals, plus a little humour in the narrative. This is a blues show like no other.
Frontman and band leader Russell ‘Hitman’ Alexander has New York City in his veins, blues in his heart, and the music of many worlds in his gifted hands. The man in the shades, top hat and sharp suit on stage with that tight band in that dark club is playing real blues, informed by 50 years of mastery of New York City’s thousand styles while imitating no one.
